Board of Officers
The Board of Officers[1] of this organization shall be President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, with one Member-At-Large. The offices of Secretary and Treasurer can be combined, if the need to do so becomes necessary. The term of officers shall be one (1) year, but not more than two (2) successive terms in the same office. The Chair of the Library Board of Trustees and the Library Director of Liberty Lake Municipal Library shall be ex-officio members of the Board of Officers with no voting rights.
